I have dealt with Verizon wireless, internet and now telephone for several years now. Each of their products has one thing in common, horrible customer sevice.

I cancelled my service in June as I sold my home a relocated in July. Verizon continued to charge me for another two months. It is impossible to reach a manager capable of making a decision outside of their algorithm. I finally got a hold of someone who could sort this out and I was supposed to get a refund.

Instead, it is now Sept and I get a bill for early disconnection.

Twice I have called and ask to speak to a manager and both times I was place on hold for >25 min until I just gave up. I will go out of my way to utilize any company other and Verizon for my communication needs in the future.
