My mother called Verizon and asked me to be on the line while she spoke to a representative from the financial department. The guy referred to himself as Mr.
Brown and refused to give his first name. He was openly rude and obnoxious while she was polite. I think her only gave his first name so that he wouldn't not be punished for his actions. He was the last stop on the circle of customer service reps.
None of the reps were even the slightest bit helpful.
We had to call multiple times to even get to the department we were looking for , never mind the fact that if you press the wrong number in their menu you get disconnected. My mom is cancelling her plan.
