I have been a customer with Verizon wireless for a long time.I was excited about getting fios.

unfortunately I love Verizon's service but every time I have an issue the customer service sucks!I have tried calling which takes forever and then ultimately someone hangs up on you.I have tried online and 90% of the time you can't get on to your own account it says ERROR. I have tried speaking with the live chat people online but they never know anything and tell you that you should call the Verizon number.

(which of course I have already tried) I then sent them an email and the response I got from that was to call Verizon.I think they could really be awesome if they would fix their customer service and make it possible to get things done easily.
