They offered me free movie channels for a year. When I did not get them and called over two weeks they have answered:

* We have not such a program

* After showing the add they said "not available in your area"

* Our system cannot add you

* We will do it by Tuesday..... followed again by "not available in your area"

* Manager will call you back in 72 hours.... never comes.

Transferred like a ping-pong ball and dropped.

Now the phone quality is terrible and they say "not much we can do we will try sending someone out so sit home and wait"

Beware! Verizon is a poor Customer-Experience.
