After many years as a residential and business customer, I have become extremely discouraged, and annoyed with the lack of service from Verizon.
As a business customer in Real Estate I have been misled, constantly left hanging on the phone for 1 hr. only to be disconnected, lied to Re: Fios installation, had phone disconnected for no reason Had a "no show "for installation and no call to cancel. Been billed for a service I do not have and unending problems with the internet.
The representatives are poorly trained and in many cases impossible to understand.
Residential service is no better One can no longer rely on information given.
