Cancelled my Fios Account and now Verizon seems to have no record of the $125.00 Deposit they took on my credit card and will not return the money even though I returned the equipment and written proof of all events. It's the dept to dept switching and nobody seems to know anything about FIOS!
They shouldn't sell stuff they can't support.
I have called repeatedly and spend literally hours on the phone and have faxed all the docs to them but that was months ago and no response or action. They don't seem to have any FIOS billing/equipment knowledge.
