Billing Practices

I went from Time Warner to Verizon as I was getting over billed each month and was fed up. I was promised by Verizon's sales rep my monthly bill would be $120 (give or take a few bucks).

I even have that on my contract. The first few months were ok then it jumped to $135, then $148, then $159 and finally $326! I have had to call them many times and its always a long hold (an average of 45 minutes) then I'm told this will be corrected but it never is. My Internet signal had a distance of 10 feet sometimes or even less.

I was getting charged over data usage by AT&T for my cellphone. I could go on and on! Their Internet speeds are total bs, it's a constant struggle in contacting them and I would definitely not recommend them. Who the *** regulates these jerkoffs?

Our time is valuable and we should not have to spend 1-2 hours per month dealing with THEIR errors!! So pissed!


Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1380.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service.
