Got FIOS Oct 28th. Few weeks back had service call for ticking sound on equipment. Last week locked out of email and slow pages. Verizon Speedtest read 800+ and 500+ (I'm 50/50). In October of 2015, I decided to change my Verizon TV and internet service to just internet and upgrade it. I spoke with a woman on the phone who told me that I had to have basic cable but that it would lower my bill from $119 to $59 including taxes and equipment. I agreed to do this change immediately.
