Verizon Fios has some nerve. I know that no-one is shocked by that statement.

Anyway, HBO was included in my package for years. I just received a letter from Verizon that says they are taking HBO away and if I want it, I now have to pay extra for it. Seriously? Pay the same and get less.

I don't really care about HBO but I do care that Verizon has made the unilateral decision to change my contract. There are other options. I have been a loyal Verizon customer my entire life, but Verizon doesn't care one bit. In 30 days, they will remove the service.

I have old boxes and modems yet have to pay for new ones ? I pay handsomely for the service yet the equipment is not current. We have a contract but Verizon says "too bad".

I am done with you Verizon. ***

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
