I returned an HD DVD to a Verizon FIOS store over two years ago. I am auto billed to I don't pay close attention to my bill on a monthly basis so eventually I noticed I was still getting billed for the unit.

I have called several times over two years and STILL cannot get them to take it off my account and credit me for what they billed me. They tell me they can't make changes to my account until I return the box I ALREADY RETURNED. I also was told I would get a call back and didnt.

I spend 400-500 with Verizon every month and that's about to stop permanently...
