i was accidentally disconnected from my TV and internet service 7 days ago. No one can get it reconnected until someone "scrubs" my acct. I have called everyday since the disconnection and have had the run around. Someone is to call me back daily but nothing.

I get someone eager to help but can't because one department has the entire system blocked.

I am so tired of fighting with them I told them to come to my house and pick up their "***" from my curb. I have unhooked everything and set it outside for them.

One item to remember, get names and titles of everyone that you speak to from Verizon. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.

Monetary Loss: $100.
