Once Verizon Fios customer service found out I was trying to close my account they hung up the phone. the second person put me on hold and never came back on, my third time they hung up again, and finally the 4th time the woman said she would help but I had to wait until "their system came back online." I did the same thing for the past 5 nights.

Maybe someday someone will help.

I returned all my equipment to the Fios store and got a receipt with the sales persons name so now as far as I'm concerned HE is now responsible. Let them deal with it!
