This is the second opportunity that I have had to deal with Verizon Billing Dept. Verizon kept over billing my unlimited cell phone.

The final straw was when I had my son's cellphone shut off because he was in trouble. They then, still billed me for incoming calls. I was so frustrated with having to stay on the phone for hours at a time to hear them tell me they would give me credit back but not until the next bill. First , they overbill, then I had to pay overbilling amount.

Then wait for next month's credit. Great idea I thought!

I decided to pay their penalty of $200 per phone, $600 total to not have to deal with them again!

Now I am being told after numerous calls on my lunch hour, that their payment center has continously made mistakes. It will now take 4 more weeks, after the 13 I have waited to process a $72 credit!

Monetary Loss: $73.

17 has passed and we still have not received final $72 credit from March!! Unbelievable!!!
