After having FIOS TV installed and then cutting out after four hours,I called for service and was told nobody could come out until 5 days later! I then called Verizon's vice-president's office and was transferred to the Escalation Department.
I also visited our local Verizon office that same day. I don't know who was responsible, but a technician fixed our service that night (overtime)! We received a call also from the vice president's office checking to make sure someone was helping us.
Over the next three days, that same office, the local office, and the technician called us about five times to make sure everything was still in working order. Thank you, Verizon!
