I live in Cranston Rhode Island. Continued issues with my fios, when I call I get someone from India the Philippines,Jamaica, does anyone for Verizon live in the United States? No wonder they're on strike. Still my issue isn't resolved, too frustrated to call back and talk to someone else from the Philippines. How pathetic.

I will not lock in because the last two "Lock ins" >>> I lost channels and had no recourse to correct because of the contract. Was told one thing and ended up with 90%. I've had 4 FiOS outages in 5 weeks, 3 of them in less than a week. Buyer beware! I ask what my monthly would be without the premium channels, IT'S 10 DOLLARS MORE THAT WHAT I'M PAYING FOR LESS CHANNELS! Apparently, there is now a regional channel fee that is added to your account and is in no way a controllable Verizon fee. As you can probably assume by now, I'm not happy.
