Second day, It's now 3:45pm and still no call from Ken, So I called Verizon back to speak to a rep. Unfortunately, I forgot her name and the other lady from the finance dept that I spoke to. I will not lock in because the last two "Lock ins" >>> I lost channels and had no recourse to correct because of the contract. Was told one thing and ended up with 90%. Was very happy with the service > Customer service when I did have a problem was very helpful but the cost is out of control. The agent had no intensives other than a contract to reduce the bill. I've had 4 FiOS outages in 5 weeks, 3 of them in less than a week. When I call the trouble in, they set up an appointment (twice they didn't show or call to update me) come out and fix and within a day or two the FiOS is out AGAIN! When I called in for the 4th time I was told next dispatch available is a week away. Buyer beware! I ask what my monthly would be without the premium channels, IT'S 10 DOLLARS MORE THAT WHAT I'M PAYING FOR LESS CHANNELS! Apparently, there is now a regional channel fee that is added to your account and is in no way a controllable Verizon fee. As you can probably assume by now, I'm not happy. I'm going to be looking for another overpriced, crappy service provider and pay a lot of money only to be fornicated with against my will....

I've had similar issues with Verizon even after speaking with the supervisor (Michael). After cancelling my service with Directv as part of a bundle package, due to problems with them on 7/17/16 and taking care of what I owe them (directly), I was billed by Verizon for 7/1716 - 8/26/16 when I didn't even have any more service with directv. Verizon was calling me repeatedly trying to get me to change my service to FIOS (I already had Verizon package that included Direct TV - Phone, Internet, TV). They then started coming to my door. After several of these (harassing) phone calls and visits, I finally gave in. I live in Cranston Rhode Island. Continued issues with my fios, when I call I get someone from India the Philippines,Jamaica, does anyone for Verizon live in the United States? No wonder they're on strike. Still my issue isn't resolved, too frustrated to call back and talk to someone else from the Philippines. How pathetic.
