I signed up fpr the enhanced service with the DVR. The DVR sent out did not work and they had to send out a technician.
The tech took back our old set top box and the DVR we had been sent and replaced it with a working DVR. Then I get my bill and I am being charged for both the set top box and the DVR. I called customer service and they said it would be credited on the next statement. Nothing happened.
Then I called and the cust svc rep said that they had no record of the set top box being returned. IT WAS THEIR REPAIRMAN!! The rep said they would have to put in an order for the verification dept to ping the house and if my story was true I would be credited back. I have been fighting with them for over two years!!!!!
I told them I wanted to cancel and they said I had an additional year left on my contract because apparently during one of my complaint calls, they said I renewed my contract. Lies, lies, lies.
