Had Verizon on everything for more than 2 years. They keep raising my bills no explanation.

it is over $170.00 for all 3. On the TV no showtime or HBO included.They have lost my bill or the money I paid over 3 times. When you speak to 1 dept. after holding on for a long time they sent me to another dept.

and then a 3 rd dept. 1 dept. does not know what the other department is doing and then after ruining whole days on them--The bill just goes back to the wrong amount. I really need to find a company that works in my area but there aren't many because of hills behind my house.

very upset wasting so much time and money on them. They have become an monopoly and really does not care about their customers.
