We ordered the triple play from Verizon and on December 9th, a tech arrived dispatched for a trouble call not an install. The Supervisor, W. T. asked him to connect the Internet and phone. He left connecting the Internet and cables dangerously touching the furnace and hot water heater.

Dissatisfied, emailed W.T. and Jacob Hundertmark and requested that he not return to complete the work. Unannounced Saturday morning Jordan shows up, when questioned about the closet he stated that it was already that way. Liar!! To avoid any additional confrontation, he was requested to leave. We never received a response but they had the audacity to send us a bill. Go figure.
