Not resolved

Verizon said we were able to get DSL, so I ordered the bundle package and we tried to install could not get service. they sent two techs out that could not do anything either turned it over to there engineering group who never called back.

mean while the so called thirty day return on equipment went by so the charged me 85.00 dollars even after returning the equipment I could not get this resolved. they even have there stuff back. so long story short I have no DSL they have all there equipment back and it cost me 85.00 and there customers service sucked.

they wonder why people go postal (duh) thanks Verizon you suck.....
