I just called Verizon again and for the 5th time they have moved the restorel date from tomorrow 11/22/19 to 12/22/19. This is outrageous as I haven’t had service since June 2019, so that will be 6 months without service. Verizon is not putting their money towards this...

I'M IN JERSEY CITY, NJ..AND MY EXPERIENCE W/VERIZON HAS BEEN MOST EXCELLENT! MY POWER WENT OUT FOR A FEW HOURS, FORTUNATELY I GOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NAMED ABBY P., WHO WAS OUTSTANDING, IF SHE CALLED ME ONCE SHE CALLED ME 20X OVER THE WEEKEND NO LESS! JUST CAN'T PRAISE HER ENUF..THANKS

Verizon in New York, New York - Horrible Service. No phone or internet for 5 months!!!! No resolve,10 restore dates that never happen. Outrageous!

Lost my landline and DSL service in June 2019 and it's now November and it's not restored and they keep pushing the restore date because they don't care about these customers. Instead they keep lying that it's being worked on and it's complete BS. They are stalling until the government catches them. Completely fed up!!!! They should be sued by the government or their landline customer

I have been with Verizon for my internet services for over 25 years and 4 months ago they bought AOL and their prices went up almost 3 times!! They are very slow DSL speeds for Greenfield / Franklin County and they have had problems with the speed due to their old lines and technology in our county and I have called after having tech's come out to my home so many times and most recently 2 weeks ago and Brian the tech found crossed phone lines and the internet problems / lack of DSL speed was so bad that stated that he would put it in his notes and I explained to Verizon that I have not been able to get on to facebook, web pages like Sophara and so many other sites!! They still refuse to credit me what I should be getting as they truly are greedy and could care less about the customer!! I am so shocked! They even sold out and are no longer providing internet domains...I had to change to AOL and reformat and I was able to keep email address as I use it for my resume business!! I was talked down too and they are now charging from $25.00 per month to $70.00 a month for DSL which is so slow as they do not have the towers in our area and the land line which I barley use but need for my internet has no long distance and has had continual static and interference on & off even to the point of not being able to hear my mother on the phone! She is the only one that calls my land line... I would like to report them as in big cities, they charge the same only they offer FIOS & long distance and so many other services for this price and I cannot get this due to their poor equipment where I live in the city of Greenfield, MA

Verizon - DSL out AGAIN

My DSL went out 3 weeks ago. I called to have it repaired and spent over an hour on the phone, going through the troubleshooting steps that I had done before calling. I knew the steps well because this wasn't the first time that Iost internet service with Verizon. Last night my service went out again. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with a rep and then a supervisor. They said a technician would come out on Saturday. I asked for an accommodation of an earlier apt since I have been a long time customer with Verizon and just recently had a trouble issue. They said 'no'. I asked for out of service credit and they said I would have to contact billing after the problem was fixed. So now Verizon expects me to spend another 90 minutes on the phone for their bad service. Both the customer service and repair experience has been horrendous. I believe that Verizon wants to make me move to FIOS so that they make more money off of me. With such a horrible experience, I will never spend more money on a Verizon product. I now have to file a complaint with the Public Service Commission because not only was I inconvenienced, I am paying for service - which in several instances did not work. I have received no help from Verizon and no call back to see if my issue was remedied.

Verizon - It's Time For A Class Action Law Suit

Verizon , Can You Hear me now??? After months of slow and intermittent DSL internet 1-3 MBPS service and a buzzing noise on my phone I was talked into "upgrading" to 3-5 MBPS service with a new wireless router. Now for about three weeks my internet speeds are slower than dial up when It works. Tried old router same thing. Called tech support several times and always get India service group. They keep telling me the problem is inside my home even though i disconnected all the phone lines to the phone service jack in the garage that is directly connected to the Verizon junction box outside my home. First Verizon Tech comes and checks the circuits and basically tells me the problem is the external Verizon copper phone lines and he will need special kind of truck to fix. Because it's Friday he doubts someone can fix it today. But they have a weekend crew. Sunday night no internet. Called tech support again. Same story. Got billing and told them I am not paying for service I am not getting. Billing person tells me I should get FIOS. I tell him that's impossible because Verizon hasn't ran any fiber optic cables were I have live for the past nine years. Also told him I haven't seen a Verizon vehicle or truck in the area for about the same amount of time. Second tech visit was supposed to be on Monday. No show rescheduled. Tuesday morning apparently someone showed up and I got I message my problem has been resolved. When I get home from work I will see. If the problem is still there I am calling a lawyer.
