Verizon debited my bank account twice for the same bill. Applied overage to next bill - not yet due, without my approval.
Said it would take 3 days for refund. NOT ACCEPTABLE. They got their money from me in 24 hrs - I should get mine back in same amount of time. Now has been 3 days - still no refund.
Won't give me upper management names/numbers to complain to. They stink! I intend to bill them for interest compounded daily for use of my money that they have & I don't!
Will bill also for time on phone. Take That!
