Verizon has without a doubt...the WORST customer service I have EVER received from any company I have EVER done business with!

As I write this...I am on my 5th phone call about the SAME issue that they have never resolved for me...I asked to speak with a supervisor this time....& have now been on hold for 1 hour & 4 minutes!!!!!!!!

Ridiculous....& completely unacceptable!!

Verizon is by far the worst in customer service of any company Ive done business with for 50 years. The people are ignorant and unqualified.

I have sold my stock and am switching away from these folks......I have called 5 days in arow for a total 4 1/2 hours on hold. Can anyone create a solution to eliminate these type of companies from our lives......
