I have been dealing with Verizon for over a year now regarding a set-top
box that they sent me by mistake. I returned it 4-29-10....according to the U.P.S. receipt. They have even admitted that they received it. So
why am I getting billed monthly for it? Seems to be a big problem to tell
the billing department. Have made dozens of call and sent dozens of e-mails and all I can get is "Thanks for being a customer...we appreciate
your business" it will be taken care of in 1 - 2 billing cycles. I still
monthly have to call to get the charges reversed.
A FREAKING YEAR NOW!!!!!
