I have never experienced such poor customer service. I have been trying to get a simple business line set up in my home.
Verizon says that this is simple, but has canceled my installation appointment twice and now cannot seem to tell me when someone will be out here. I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with them over the course of the week. My last call was 1-1/2 hours and I was transferred to 8 people.
I have even heard from Verizon employees that the company is so bad at customer service since it is so departmentalized and ultimately no one can help the customer. Each department has to cover their back and therefore no one be the champion for the customer.
