I spent 40minutes on the phone with Verizon Customer Service arguing about my bill. My bill didnt even have my name on it, when they transferred me from another plan they transferred someone elses name.

The two women that I spoke to were very rude and unsympathetic to me as a customer of their product, its ridiculous. So I called the actual Verizon store that my cell phones were purchased from and they went right in and explained everything and was so nice about every little thing, they fixed the name issue and gave me credit to my next bill.

My advice to people is, do not call customer service, just call the store! You will actually get answers!!
