I tried calling verizon landline features to be removed from my account but they literally kept bpuncing me back and forth between departments up to 8 consecutive times. No communication between representatives, they just kept passing me around each representative as clueless as the first.
I work at verizon wireless local stores and the wireless customer service i barely have issues compared to my 3 hour hold times with the high speed internet garbage.
They must still be on strike because they are useless trash!!!!!!!! They should work for their benefits before they strike!!!!I Hate HYPOCRITS!
