Very poor technical support, customer service, and telephone service for customers who pay through the nose for tv, internet, and cell services. Very disappointed in being on the phone for nearly 2 hours with no one to answer my call.

REally? You're in communications!!!! Is this good customer service?

Why don't we file a class action against these thieves? So sick of this.

Bad equipment, bad service, high prices, and no one to help.

BAD BAD Verizon. I even called BOB the CFO but of course, he's probably snug in his bed while I sit on hold at 9:20pm waiting to talk to some *** who is going to say that they have no control anyway.
