Horrible! Took two hours to resolve an un-authorized charge on my business account.
I tried 5 different customer service numbers and after following all the proper prompts I got a recording that the offices were closed and open M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST. Well, I was calling between 9:30 - 11:oo am EST on a Tuesday. I even tried sales (thinking they would answer) and got the same thing. Finally, I through to Tech Support, waited on hold for 20 minutes and they got me through to a billing specialist.
This isn't the first time they have pissed me off. Verizon, by far, has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
As soon as my contract is over I am switching providers!
