Send me a final bill for Feb. 23, 2019 through March 11, 2019 (date I switched to AT&T). Billing me for anything after March 11, 2019 is fraud on Verizon's part. Verizon is trying to collect money from me for services they have not provided.

I have been trying to get into my account to find out if I paid my monthly bill. The automated voice will give me a temp code/ It doesn't work, That is FOUR times now. I finally got onto the website, but I apparently pressed the keys wrong because I know my best friend for over 30 yrs. I have been a Verizon customer for about 30 yrs. Verizon - Rude inconsiderate lying supervisors

Details
After approximately 15 years of being with this company I finally left after my contract was up. I left because my bill was never what they said it would be. Every month it billed me for more. After closing my account and paying my final bill they sent me a bill for $185.00 for early termination. I spoke with a billing supervisor and he told me flat out he would not reverse it after one rep offered to reduce it by $133. They are crooks. Sign no contract with Verizon, ever.

I am unable to activate the reward program of 1 year Amazon prime and Echo when I signed on with Verizon 2 months ago.

I called last week and was on the phone literally 2 1/2 hours being transferred from department to department and given other numbers to call. I am waiting on the phone now for10 minutes after trying to use chat and calling the number they said to use and being transferred and now it is 15 minutes and no one comes to the phone. 3 Hours of phone time, 95% of which was waiting listening to that ugly music. Verizon is the VERY WORST customer service company I have ever dealt with.
