She is on a Verizon prepaid plan. This means she dies not have an account with Verizon directly. This is the issue. Either put her on your plan or she has to get her own.

Verizon - Christmas specials impossible because website not working

When call Verizon they don't answer calls. Have been on hold for about 45 minutes. We pay around$200 per month minimum. Verizon awful and misleads their customers
