Sue them for breach of contract. They would do the same to you...when you win, then the FCC and your state"s attorney general will also take notice.

When call Verizon they don't answer calls. Have been on hold for about 45 minutes. We pay around$200 per month minimum. Verizon awful and misleads their customers

had a technician come out today because not one channel was working and he was here about 4 1/2 hours.. 20 minutes after he left none of the channels worked again and i have called verizon 3 times since then and have been on hold 45+ minutes each time with no one ever answering. $230 a month for the worst service imaginable. if someone would answer the phone I WOULD LOVE TO CANCEL MY SERVICES
