Verizon - Poor customer service

Hi I can’t believe how poor the Verizon customer service could be!!!! This is ridiculous! I was stayed one day on the line to speak with an agent!!! How could it be possible ?!?!!!!

Verizon - Christmas specials impossible because website not working

When call Verizon they don't answer calls. Have been on hold for about 45 minutes. We pay around$200 per month minimum. Verizon awful and misleads their customers

in contract but computer continues to over charge and i have to call in each month for credits bit have been told that the computer generates these charges and can not correct via computer.I have to take my time out and find a representative that can credit correctly....

Sue them for breach of contract. They would do the same to you...when you win, then the FCC and your state"s attorney general will also take notice.
