It\'s now going into forty five days and still not yet resolved. A consumer should not have to go through this to get their money back!

Bank accidentally sent payment to Verizon Communications instead of Verizon Wireless. Verizon deposited funds and refuse to refund the money back to me.

This account was closed five years ago! I've spent at least nine hours on the phone with these people to no avail. I have been promised a check every day and yet it still has not arrived. Now no one there has any record of it.

I am extremely angry and now I am going to have to hire an attorney to get my money back! Do not use this company if you don't have to.

Monetary Loss: $200.
