I've been trying to get my phone bill straighten out with Verizon Communication Company. You can't talk to a real live person vary easily.
You have to poke buttons. When you do talk to someone, that person is 12,000 miles away in some Arab Country! you can't hear them very well, and their dialect is too foreign to understand.
What the phone company does tell you is it take up to three billing cycles to correct the mess. This is not how Alexander Graham Bell, had it planned!
When callin Customer Service I want to talk to real American made people!!!!!!!
