Granted, this is a small complaint but indicative of what big companies are doing to consumers today. I was charged a 75 cent charge for a three-way conference call we supposedly made.
We didn't even know we had that capacity! I called to have it taken off the bill. They would not credit my account. I asked them to fax me a copy of the details of this charge.
They said they can't fax anything! Do you believe that? The only thing they would do is send me a letter detailing the call in 2 weeks! Well, I did receive the letter but it WAS BLANK!!!
And no credit on my next bill. I'm glad it wasn't more than 75 cents but I'm imagining they're doing this to every customer.
