"On June 25, 2012 I changed my service from Verizon to AT&T after several years with Verizon after I moved to Bullhead City, AZ from Montana, because wireless service in Bullhead via Verizon is so poor that it is impossible to conduct business. I retained my previouis cell number.

Verizon continually deducted monies from my credit card (which the credit card company reversed) after June 25. Verizon harassed me coninually with daily robo-calls at 7:00 am including week-ends. I am 68 years old and need my sleep. the robo calls left a number for me to call back.

I called the number on several occasions but was automatically switched to a recording that said "this is not a verizon telephone number" and would then disconnect. Now Verizon is sending me letters threatening to report me to all credit reporting agencies."

Monetary Loss: $2800.
