"On June 25, 2012 I changed my service from Verizon to AT&T after several years with Verizon after I moved to Bullhead City, AZ from Montana, because wireless service in Bullhead via Verizon is so poor that it is impossible to conduct business.I retained my previouis cell number.

Verizon continually deducted monies from my credit card (which the credit card company reversed) after June 25. Verizon harassed me coninually with daily robo-calls at 7:00 am including week-ends. I am 68 years old and need my sleep. the robo calls left a number for me to call back.

I called the number on several occasions but was automatically switched to a recording that said "this is not a verizon telephone number" and would then disconnect. Now Verizon is sending me letters threatening to report me to all credit reporting agencies."

Monetary Loss: $2800.
