I don't have Internet Access from Verizon's DSL yet they are still charging monthly. Would not pay the bill so they disconnect the service and Verizon charged a deactivation fee of $79. Funny thing that this is a second home and have Verizon with my main home and have no complaints. I am very competent with computers and setting up wireless internet access. Verizon has been to house a number of times and has acknowledged have difficulty setting it up but I cannot get the billing department to provide credit. Any suggestions in dealing this type of situation?
