On November 3 my cable wires were ripped off the poles on the street and I notified Verizon who in turn told me I won't be able to get any service until November 5th.I insisted I get my services sooner because of my job and a lady assured me I would have gotten service on the 4th after being with her on the phone for over 30 minutes.
She lied to me. Nobody showed up so I called and was told the service will be on on the 5th. I received a text message on the 5th telling me a technical will be here by 8 pm. I waited no one showed up.
Someone came on the 7th.
Verizon customer rep lied all the way.I have no confidence in them.
