Customer Service is terrible! I took a video of being on hold for over 2 hours & 45 minutes same talking to anyone and corporate thinks that is okay!!!

I talked to two different CS reps during same call and each quoted me a different bundle price for what I was currently receiving. Now I received an email from Verizon saying I was getting a "gift". When I open the "gift" in a bold yellow box I am being notified of a $5 increase in my bill in 1-3 months.

Verizon only wants to reel in new customers and they could care less about customers that have been good standing loyal customers for many years. When asked, I advise people against changing to Verizon!
