I too had the bundle billing , and when I cancelled my land line sevice, not oweing the company anything, My previous bills being paid in full, they decided it was company policy to keep my Direct tv payment as well. this caused me a 2nd payment to Direct tv to keep that service on and a promised refund for the amount in 4 to 6weeks.

Unexceptable as We don't take 4 to6 weeks to make our payments. Every month for the 4 yrs I had verizon service I've had to call customer service , wade thru automated answering to understand what my monthly payment was. they are a complete nightmare to deal with. I've sinced switched to the Magic Jack for phone service and a pay as you go cell phone.

No ups no extras and I pay half what I was sending verizon.

My cell phone works well in an area verizon doesn't work at all. I will never use their products again, and will discourage anyone from them as well.
