Spent 1 hr on the line w foreigner,terrible english like every time I called verizon.Supposedly straightened out a billing problem,which after 3 yrs on monthly bank acct. deduction they decided to charge me by the minute and individual text message.They finally admitted to screwing up.Next day they took$ 60 more out of my acct for no reason.Just tried for 45 min.to talk to someone unsuccessfully.frustrated.
