Verizon arbitrarily added a RLF BNDL to my account.

New ReviewerI received a Verizon text message out of the blue saying, "You have successfully subscribed to a RLF BNDL." I have no idea what they are talking about. I didn't subscribe to anything!
I have a no frills phone that I keep for emergencies but otherwise don't use.
I tried calling Verizon. After being stuck in their telephone hamster wheel and hung up on several times I was finally processed through to a Representative. She told me she couldn't help me and would have to transfer me to another Rep. After holding on for 43 minutes the call disconnected.
I tried calling back. But I was caught in their telephone hamster wheel again. I input all the info they asked for, then was told, "Sorry we can't help you, good-bye." And the call disconnected. I tried over and over and over again with the same result.
Then Verizon began sending me a string of text msgs. to visit https.m.vzw.com using the app. I have a very old no frills phone and cannot add an app, nor do I need to manage my acct.
I just need to know what a RLF BNDL is and why they arbitrarily added it to my account! And I need them to correct their error and take it off.
In my experience--Worse Customer Service Ever!!!!
Preferred solution: Need the RFL BNDL to be removed from my account, and I'd like to know what it is and why they added it without authorization..
Verizon Cons: Poor customer service.
