I also want to organize a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT against Verizon. They are thieves.

They will not address unjust billing practices and are EXTREMELY structured for avoidance of customer service and avoidance of conflict resolution. They have charged $244 for unsolicited prompting to download an upgraded Android operating system...this, on a brand new Moto Turbo. After I submitted to the prompts for the free upgrade, it racked up 20+ GB of data IN SECONDS, and now sneaky, coniving, deceitfull Verizon is stubbornly insisting that this billing is valid and due and is also racking up ongoing late charges, etc. They will not provide means for live VOICE review of this, or any other issue for that matter.

This unethical $244 data charge was the result of a well organized mass solicitation with their supply partner. I believe tens of thousands of other USA consumers were likely affected the same as I was. Verizon deserves a very serious punitive Class Action Law suit proceeding about this, and similar, deceptive billing practices. Please email me if you share this intetest, projectservices@roadrunner.com.

This behemoth insulting firm needs to change the ways it addresses customer complaints and erronrous billing. They know they have customers over a barrel, holding their established phones hostage and implimenting brutish, no-contact automation systems that thwart error resolution.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.
