I usually don't give bad reviews on companies/devices because I like to give everyone a chance to make it right....however; Verizon and their MiFi is the absolutely worst ever! I have had them for about 1-1/2 years and it has been nothing but trouble.

I can never get a connection, they convinced me to "upgrade" my equipment. I still can't get a connection and have had to replace the "new" equipment twice. Now they want me to pay the early termination fee...are you kidding me?

I have been patient and I have tried to work with Verizon. I am not happy with their level of commitment to customers or their customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1500.
