I've been a long time customer..I am beyond pissed. I was told I had a zero balance on my account & have a screenshot of that same thing. How in the same month does it go to owing $550 with a threat of shut off. Nobody can explain, only transfer from one person to another! Never again!

Verizon Fios are a bunch of crooks. Took more money out of my account than was agreed to and then were refunding the money to the wrong account. They committed FRAUD. In the end, I have to wait a week and a half to get my money back, while my family suffers..Verizon Fios sucks! I will not recommend their service to no one!

I can't begin to describe how incompetent the customer service reps are. They are a true mirror of the company. Funny, their attitude is "if it weren't for all of these customers" I might like my job. Well VERIZON. your customers pay your salaries. It won't last. I haven't been able to access my account for over six weeks. They can't even tell me why. Just remember Karma is ***.
