Verizon - Account Funds

My husband authorized Verizon to take a $50.00 pmt, and over$900.00 was taken out. This leaves us with $0.00 in our account for 24hrs or more. All they said was we are sorry and it was just a human error. That's a HUGE human error!!!! We have no funds to eat, get gas etc. Saying I am sorry just seems to be a *** way of fixing and issue that was caused by one of your representatives.We have 3 bills that are due today that we will not be able to pay, which will make us late on.
