Verizon - 5 Hard Checks done on the same day

Just to let you know that VeriZon in Bellingham WA ran 5 credit checks on the same day and I believe it was deliberate or incompetence or both ..Contacted Head Office to get that resolve and nothing happened. Be aware if you deal with Verizon

Verizon - REWARDS

Verizon's REWARD program only rewards Verizon. My 400 points are now lost as the program closes 5/30. This program doesn't generate any good will, added value or good customer service but rather thumbs its nose at Verizon customers. The pricing could be lowered to reflect the true cost of doing business, but it is beholden only to stockholders and management.

Verizon Fraud Department

I work for an enterprise company with a very large number of Verizon cellular devices on our account. Recently the fraud department has disabled our corporate portal access due to "questionable" orders. The fraud system automatically suspends service for some unknown reason. The mental midgets in the fraud department are not able to say what in the order caused our account to get locked out. Fraud prevention is supposed to be a positive service but Verizon fraud only wastes your time with unnecessary and useless service interruptions. If your business is considering entering into a long term contract, consider your alternatives. AT&T and Verizon have now become so big that they just do not care about the massive inconveniences that they cause with all of their bureaucratic BS.

Verizon - Reported INCORRECT info to credit report.

I had their service for 4 years 7 month. We switched service to me wife so she would have a bill in her name. Verizon reported to my credit report as charge off. I paid and it was verified by verizon today. They transfered me to their collections. I already disputed twice but they did not change it. Today on the phone Linda, employee ID 886 had no idea about anything. We still have their service and am happy with it, but this is an issue that i'll need to get a lawyer about if they dont fix.

I brought back a box to lower my monthly payment and to no avail the price went up 2 months in a row they say its taxes and service changes what a ripoff I never changed the service, someone needs to check out this company. im going back to cable.

Verizon - Thiefing bastards !!!!!!

Stole money from checking account. Was given Wtf permission to access my checking account for monthly charges but instead withdrew more than .monthly payment. When challenged, some how one time charges appear and charges not previously identified from past identified. Three opportunities given to right the wrong and to explain charges not fully identified. Informed them to discontinue services, then and only then they offered to reduce my monthly bill to a lower rate as a peace offer. Don't trust them. On my way to AG . My husband authorized Verizon to take a $50.00 pmt, and over$900.00 was taken out. This leaves us with $0.00 in our account for 24hrs or more. All they said was we are sorry and it was just a human error. That's a HUGE human error!!!! We have no funds to eat, get gas etc. Saying I am sorry just seems to be a *** way of fixing and issue that was caused by one of your representatives.We have 3 bills that are due today that we will not be able to pay, which will make us late on.
