Tried to my account on vacation mode. It failed to happen and then they billed for it.

I called and waited on line 40 minutes for a supervisor and they hung up on me thru a botched transfer. I called back and waited 20 more minutes for an unhelpful supervisor who as incompetent as the first *** I spoke with. They apparently don't give their supervisors any authority. All they do is apologize for being useless like the person before.

This is a classic case of too few competitors in a space. I am going back to Xfinity. This was a mess from day one - bundling is all marketing and service is the real penalty.

Good bye Verizon and hello xfinity. Verizon sucks!!!!!!

Monetary Loss: $309.
