I called Verizon Technical support because my phone suddenly went dead. I have been having this problem since last October.

I probably had them come around 4 times between October and November. I did not have problems until today and I placed a complain. The customer service supervision informed me that should be happy that my phone has been trouble free since November. I wonder if the Verizon top executive know that their customer service thinks that having 5 issues with the same phone line in six months is acceptable.

How do they stay in business. Why doesn't verizon strive for 100% customer satisfaction
