New ReviewerI went to a verizon store to purchase a new phone. I did this each year, at the same store.
Phone was on wait list and I understood but the price salesperson gave me was not true. The next day I received an email telling me what my bill would be, it was double what I was told. Trying to call verizon is a nightmare or reaching them on line. The store does not answer phone, customer services is about 1 hour wait.
Sometimes they say I will call you back at a certain time, that never happens. This morning I did reach someone after a 30 minute wait. The representative was extremely rude. I told him I was trying for 2 days to reach someone.
He was arrogant, rude and was trying to hurry me.
NO he did NOT solve my problem so now back to calling them. I am trying to get a transfer pin because I am leaving Verizon and never to return.
User's recommendation: Don't go there!!!!!
Preferred solution: a transfer pin to leave Verizon.
Verizon Pros: Technician.
Verizon Cons: Lies about promos, Lack of transparency with chat persons, Poor customer service.
