Greg at the Lakeland, Florida store on S.Fla Ave. was the rudest customer service rep I have ever encountered.
ZERO people skills. You don't ask customers (I'm 63) if they are still driving. You don't refer to them as the "older generation" that knows nothing about technology. You don't roll your eyes and continually shake you head side to side.
You don't act irritated when we don't know our password off the top of our heads and had to take phone home and set up ourselves. He, I might add, is the idiot who carries all his passwords on a sheet of paper in his wallet...ROLLING MY EYES!!
You can and should do better in hiring people. As my husband said, "we have already forgotten MORE than that man will ever know!" He is a classic example of what is wrong in society.
