Jetpack doesn't work properly. Paid upgrade for newer box but sent same one I already had. Restock fee $35. Charged for extra gigs because of defective card. Tried to charge me $75 but I said no so they tried $35 and I said no so they charged me $25. Said I needed antenna so that was $20. Said it would connect to Jetpack but it wouldn't. Called to Verizon about fife times during 20 days since cancelled FiOS. Every time was loosing more than hour to communicate with customer service rep. They were always laying by confirming that boxes and labels are shipped to me. Never received them. With such kind of service they have to pay customers for delay instead of charging penalty after 30 days... I am very disappointed with treating customers like this. I close my account with verizon, and request a final bill, which they send me and after paying it in full, they send me to collection for a another bill that the said I owe, I can't argue with them and their harassment so I chose to pay the extra $236.83 wishing they will go away, but not even after cashing it and even though, I have the confirmation number of my "new" final payment they make me send a "fax" to Treasury Dpt. with a copy of the... Verizon phone service is spotty at best. They have not resolved a phone issue that has been going on for months. They wont fully resolve the issue even though we have the warranty on the wiring on the house! My wife called, they put her on hold and then hung up on her. If you can go with someone else for phone service, please do. My wife uses the phone service for her job and she has missed work because of the phone service. Unacceptable. ... Read more

Thank you Verizon for the new TV Guide. WOW. Now we have 7 lines on the screen instead of 10, and half of that is advertising. Why don't you just print a giant advertisement on, say a tire, and have someone come by the houses of your customers and shove it up our butts? It would be less painful than watching the slow prostitution of a former decent ISP into a diseased strumpet. Not that I am familiar with diseased strumpets, but I have a good... Read more

Case 1: The Verizon guide for the TV used to be 9 or 10 lines. Kind of a just-the-facts list of what's on TV when. Movies were brown, series were blue, events were green. First, to "improve" the guide, they added lines of advertising in the channel menu for on demand titles. That has evolved into as many as 5 in a row. Almost the whole screen in spots is advertising. I've had Verizon for several years, and FiOS has been installed here during that time. It's fast, but... 1. The cheezy little web page Verizon allowed was deleted....bill goes up. 2. Limited to 10 call blocking numbers 3. Limited to 25 email spam filters 4. Verizon doesn't stop ANY spam coming through, but I can't forward it to spamcop.com because it recognizes it as spam. I have a Verizon home bundle and FIOS. The first two months the wireless internet speeds were fast as expected at an advertised 50Mg speed. The past few weeks the speed is visibly degraded and service crashes frequently. 4 times in the past hour on Sat. June 21st between 11am and noon. I call Verizon and first get hung up on by a human.
