Verizon - Sheriffs department involvement
I received a response from their corporate office at least im assuming thats who responded. So, they argue that I gave them permission to automatically take money from my account.
I dont do that for any billing company, why would I start with them. I paid my bill month by month as soon as they notified me it was coming due.
I personally lay the blame at their independent store. These people are paid by commission. I remember them attempting to sell me everything except the store.
During one of my calls to customer service about the wrong billing, one of the things customer service told me he was correcting was that I was being charged twice for 5G.
I responded to their email and requested they preserve all the recordings of the calls I made to them and the response I received was they would not do it without a court order. So make up your own mind.
