Unreasonable suspend of service

I purchased a pre- paid Verizon phone. Took a trip to area that only uses Verizon service Returned home one day later, and can't use my phone Went to the Verizon store: 23969 NE State Route 3 Ste Belfair, WA 98528 (360) 275-**** It appears that the system is stating the phone has been lost or stolen. The Customer Rep inside store was helpful. however the management that followed was rude, unhelpful, told me to call 800 numbers, which I did, followed instructions, and logged on to chat. I did not report it lost or stolen, All I need is a refund, new phone with number, or turn my service on.. Thank you in advance for you help Eli Furnish

Charging for worthless Feature

Took out Total Equipment Coverage on new phone, which covers lost/stolen equipment. Finished paying the 24 months to totally own phone. Did not notice that they continued to charge me $11.00 a month for TEC. Even though they consider phone of no value after 24 months, Verizon continued to charge TEC CHARGE. I called about it and was told that was a FEATURE and the could not, on their own, remove a FEATURE. The FEATURE has no value if 24 months, but they continued to charge. BEWARE IF YOU TAKE OUT THE COVERAGE TOTAL EQUIPMENT COVERAgE, it becomes worthless after 24 months, but they will continue to charge until you tell them to Remove their WORTHLESS FEATURE. Just another way to RIP OFF CUSTOMERS

Unauthorized Debit

Im writing regarding Verizon withdrawing $736.02 from my checking account after I returned the phone within the 14 days to try the phone and service. I only used the phone for 3 days. The phone was in pristine condition, and at the time, I asked the representative (Travis Pierce) for a receipt and he said We dont give receipts. You have to contact Customer Service at 1-80*-922-****. I asked again for some note, receipt or invoice indicating I returned the phone WITH NO DAMAGE in its condition from the factory. I only used the phone for a few days and decided it wasnt a phone I wanted. So again I asked for something to prove that I returned the phone. He (Representative Travis Pierce) told me customer service will refund all of your money since youre not on a contract. He looked over the phone and noted that it was in factory condition. He further stated my refund would come from Verizon in the mail. I then left the store feeling uneasy because, having worked in a customer service environment, I know a receipt of some kind is needed to get a refund. And sure enough, I have a debit (unauthorized on my Associated Bank checking account) for a phone I returned and NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT. Today, 08/03/2020 I received a letter from Loss Prevention, at my bank , (SEE BELOW) needed information: CONFIRMATION THE PRODUCT(S) RECEIVED FROM THE ABOVE MERCHANT HAS BEEN RETURNED. CONFIRMATION INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO: METHOD OF RETURN. CONFIRMATION INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO, METHOD OF RETURN, DATE OF RETURN, AND RETURN CONFIRMATION NUMBER (OR A PHOTO COPY OF THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL., and that OUR RECORDS INDICATE THE TRANSACTION WAS AUTHORIZED; THEREFORE, WE HAVE DETERMINED AN ERROR DID NOT OCCUR. I am very dissatisfied with Verizon and my bank that more wasnt done to get my money back. I realize my bank didnt or couldnt get a receipt because I had a hard time too; however, I spent 3 hours on the phone with Verizon and ALSO drove to Verizon, demanding some kind of invoice. Today, (on the phone) the Verizon Customer Service Representative, Earl @ 3:06pm, and another colleague of his, submitted necessary documentation, including the fact that Verizon needs to give a refund this unauthorized debit, and to give receipts showing item, cost, date, condition of device, etc. to the customer.

You cannot reach out

On July 18, I called Verizon because I lost three elements, internet, phone and television service. I was kept me on hold for 70 minutes but could not get a representative to talk to me. I was forced to listen to music throughout the duration of this period. Finally, I gave up and hung up.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. they are prorating the bill for the week i didnt get services..

Poor service

I called Verizon to change my service and eliminate TVcoverage. I told the rep that I wanted to reduce my costs and was going with a streaming service. I told her that I only wanted internet and a phone line. She quoted a price that was higher than the bundled rate for three. She did not offer to bundle or show how I could save with a lower internet speed. I am going to find an alternative because without real competition Verizon couldn't care less about customers.

To get help. I hate this new sysrem. I want to talk to someone

I went to the Verizon AP. Wouldn't take my password. Then the choosers didn't fit my need. I went I circle. Didn't understand what I was saying. Pushed to use online service. I hate using online services. Ask what I need I type it out. Then asked again how can I help, why even ask the 1st time if I have to repeat and repeat the same thing. I ever had a hard time finding the phone number today.

Defective ohone

The OTG feature has never worked on my phone. My wife's phone is exactly the same as mine and her's works perfectly. It accesses USB thumb drives well and mine will not. I waited on hold for 30min to speak with Sam. He said the same things they all have said and blamed it on settings though I told him I have called multiple times over this issue and gone through the settings with no positive outcome. Then said that it was a compatibility issue refusing to believe that the drive worked on my wife's phone. He then said I would have to talk to Samsung and hung up on me.

User's recommendation: Buy two cans and string because if the phone breaks, you are on your own.

Totally disgusted

I got a message on my phone that said a new sim card had been added and I needed to accept or cancel. My phone was froze with this message and nothing else worked. Using my house phone I called verizon and after about an hour and 45 min. of automated BS I spoke to a rep who said she had no idea just pick one or the other.......... THAT IS WHAT THEY CALL HELP!!! There "get human" assistance is just an add for their "pay to speak to a professional" site- pure deception! I also called the Red Lion Pennsylvania verizon store and while being very courteous told he had no idea but would find out and call me back - 4 days ago I'm still waiting!!!!

I totally agree and I feel bad for everyone that has to go through that. It’s not enough that you pay for your phone and monthly fees for the phone and service now they want money to speak to someone from their customers!

If you have a issue that is not resolved To file resolution discrepancy the charge is $1200 for one miss handled resolution. If you dispute more than that the price keeps going up! Verizon is just unreal if I were you I’d switch my carrier.

I have found a ATT Is so much better in every respect of customer service and help. Verizon doesn’t even come close to ATT!!!

An answer to my question!

Fios bill

Can not access account because my ex set it up for MY home address. Countless attempts to rectify the situation, and they are totally useless, transferring me nonstop to yet another person that can't help me to put it all into MY name. They will however happily take my money, without any access to the account, so I can make the necessary changes, so I can actually afford it. And, of course, they cannot apply any of the discounts, that I rightfully qualify for, as a wireless customer, and as a federal employee. The ONLY way, they have, to fix this is to mail me, postal service, a reset pin, which they will not, have not sent, in OVER 3 months and numerous attempts now. But they'll happily email me to tell me they'll shut service off unless I pay more and more, without helping me fix the problem.

Constantly losing connection

We have been customers over 22 years and on many, in the last couple of year, we have lost contact or had terrible static and have had to have a technician out to try to fix this problem and they have been doing a great job trying to fix it but the problem keeps coming back.
