I recently purchased a tablet for my business and, upon attempting to activate it at home, faced unexpected difficulties. In an effort to seek assistance, I visited the Hesperia store, where regrettably, the customer service experience fell below my expectations.
During my visit, I felt a lack of professionalism from the customer service representative, as there were loud distractions from other employees in the store.
Additionally, the representative seemed distracted herself, engaging in non-work-related activities on TikTok and conversing with colleagues in Spanish.
Moreover, when attempting to resolve the activation issue with the representative over the phone, I encountered discomfort when the person on the other end repeatedly referred to me as a lady. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to ensure a more respectful and attentive customer service experience in the future.
I have been a loyal customer for over a decade, and the recent events have left me feeling disheartened.
I value the service your company has provided over the years, and I hope we can work together to resolve this issue promptly.

My sales rep or accounts manager cuz I was trying to open a Enterprise account being that I am an Enterprise They more or less called my business fraudulent because they could not verify my many locations so they held my paperwork and I've left numerous messages with this Jordan whoever and he never had to decency to call me back on any on any front I wouldn't do business with that company now if they fell over dead ever I have 600 employees Nationwide company they're they're fraud department should be thrown out they're retarded and the sales rep he has there that wouldn't even return my call at the common decency he should be fired I would never go back to them I opened a business account a Enterprise account with AT&T right after thatThat's

Don't trust their bills
After I got my first bill, I spent 3 days on the phone with them trying to get it right. They finally gave me the credit they owed me.
My second bill came and it is too high. Their bill doesn't tell you what they are charging you for, it just gives you a price and says to pay it. I spent 40 minutes today, and part of my charge is $17 dollars for the insurance, which I never wanted or signed up for. They then keep asking me to jump through hoops to get thee bill right.
I am going to file a complaint with the FCC as their bill is not itemized. How many people are just paying the bill not knowing it's been added behind their backs? I will also file a complaint with my states attorney general.
I encourage every verizon (they are not worth the capitalization) to do the same! One pissed off guy!

Took me an hour to just find a phone number that worked. Then when I tried waiting on the line like they say to do, it timed out after a minute and had to call again several times.
Then called the Verizon store where I purchased my phone and they gave me a number to call. Took a few recalls to finely get someone, they kepted handing me off to someone else. Spent 2hrs on the phone and still couldn't get my account straighten out. Finally gave up on it.
*** poor customer service. Will be canceling my account as soon as I can get into it. Never again doing business with Verizon again. Nothing but a ripoff with they're service plans.
You end up paying more than what they tell you when you pay your monthly bill. You don't even know what your paying for when you get a bill nothing is explained or itemized on the bill.
User's recommendation: Stay away if possible. Better and cheaper services out there like straight talk. 45 a month and just as good of services than what Verizon trys to sell you for double the price if not more.
